TP1 is an excellent choice when it comes to operating machinery. All the parts of this pump for automatic greasing machinery are made of aluminum and manufactured in Italy. The TP1’s tank can be made of different materials: shock absorbing transparent polycarbonate, aluminum or steel. Also, the engine of this product is powered by 12/24 Volt DC. Furthermore, the pump has a load filter, and it can be equipped with up to 4 pumping pistons. It can also be automatically controlled by an integrated system.

Different clients mean different uses of our products and that’s why our pumps come in many different capacities that go from 2.5 up to 10 kilos. Another characteristic of these tools is that the maximum level of pressure that each piston can tolerate is 300 bar.

The TP1 pump comes with a wide variety of accessories such as a top loading cap, tools that check the minimum level of grease of the machinery and supervise the lubrication cycle, but also a quick refilling mechanism, and a push-grease and a pressure level control systems.

The TP2 pump for automatic lubrication systems is mainly used for hydraulic hammers that have very specific safety requirements and it has an inoxidizable steel tank that can contain from 6 to up to 10 kilos. In addition, TLS Tecno Lubri System gives the clients the possibility to choose between pumps with a different amount of pistons (up to 4) and engine voltage (12/24 Volt DC), based on their needs.

The maximum level of pressure that each piston can bear is 300 bar. Also, the TP2 can be further customized with a timer and tools that check the level of grease left in the machinery, its lubrication, and its pressure.

The TP 35 Heavy Industrial is a pump usually used in heavy industry when a huge quantity of grease is required. This pump can be powered by a 12/24 Volt or 110/400 Volt engine and it has a tank that can hold up to 35 kilos.

Moreover, this product is quite sturdy, therefore it is really reliable. It can be controlled by an external PCL or by the machine dashboard. In addition, the pump can be positioned everywhere the client wants, assuring the safety of the work environment.

Here are some of the accessories that the TP 35 Heavy Industry comes with: tools that check the level of grease left in the machinery (visual check) and supervise the lubrication cycle, a quick refilling mechanism, a pressure level control system, and an external system that is equipped with alarms.
