All service requests received within a radius of xxx km from the machine to be serviced will be processed by the nearest TLS team within 24 hours from the call, in order to ensure continuity of production plant operation.

In fact, the staff of the authorized TLS centres, before performing maintenance activities on the machinery, carries out a technical examination aimed to identify the damage, verifying whether it can be fixed, and to understand which the better strategy to solve it is. At the end of the check, the TLS team will submit a quote and only after the latter is approved, it will proceed with the repair of the fault.
