NC1 pump

NC1 is a pump for automatic greasing systems perfect for operating machines. It is made entirely of glass-filled nylon and is made entirely in Italy.

The tank of the NC1 pump for automatic greasing systems is available in different variants: shockproof transparent polycarbonate, steel or aluminum.

The model is equipped with a 12/24-volt DC motor. The pump is equipped with 3 pumping pistons and is also driven by a built-in programmer. The maximum pressure per pumping piston, or so-called safety pressure, is 300 bar.

The tanks can be chosen with different capacities, exactly 2, 4 or 6 kg.

In addition, the NC1 model is equipped with various accessories, such as: top loading plug, minimum grease level control system, lubrication cycle control system, quick tank loading system, grease press system, and line pressure control system.

Distributors

NLX distributors for greasing systems are characterized by their great compactness, which makes them suitable for any working context, and by their modularity.

The distributors mounted on TLS Tecno Lubri System automatic lubrication systems are very efficient. Available displacements are 25, 45, 75 and 105 mm3 g, with zinc-nickel protection against corrosion.

The distributors are equipped with a wide range of accessories, including visual, electronic and pressure controls. In addition, they can be enhanced with specific grease fittings.

Piping and fittings

TLS Tecno Lubri System’s piping is divided into high-pressure and low-pressure models. The former are made of Tekaflex, can withstand a burst pressure included between 800 and 1,000 bar, and are available in 8×4 millimeter or 14 gas sizes. The latter, on the other hand, are made of Rilsan, can withstand a burst pressure of up to 300 bar, and are available in 4×2 mm and 6×3 mm sizes.
