Pipes for automatic lubrication systems
In order to work flawlessly, an automatic lubrication system needs great quality pipes, made of materials that can bear very high-level pressure and which have really low probability to wear down easily.
TLS Tecno Lubri System is a company that is specialized in manufacturing centralized lubrication plants which are sold all over the world. The business uses only certified materials for its products, ones that can assure great performances. TLS uses Tekaflex and Rilsan pipes for its plants, materials expertly chosen for their unique characteristics. Let’s see which are these characteristics and the reasons why our company has selected those materials over the many other choices on the market.
TLS Tecno Lubri System and Tekaflex pipes
TLS Tecno Lubri System allows each client to 100% customize their purchase and when it comes to Tekaflex pipes the business offers two choices: a standard Tekaflex pipe and a type filled with grease. These models are available in a ¼ or an 8×4 mm version.
In Tekaflex ¼ Thermoplastic pipes, the working pressure at 20° bars is of 210, the burst pressure of 20° bars is of 840 and the smallest radius of curvature is of 35 mm. The weight of the two versions has an 80g difference (100 vs 180).
Speaking of the 8×4 mm version, the working pressure at 20° bars is of 400, the burst pressure of 20° bars is of 1000 and the smallest radius of curvature is of 35 mm. The weight of the two versions has a 30 g difference (50 vs 80).
This polyurethane material allows a strong sealing so to prevent any leaking of lubricant even near the junctions.
TLS Tecno Lubri System and Rilsan pipes
Rilsan pipes have peculiar physicochemical characteristics that make them the perfect link for all the parts of TLS’s greasing systems. The material, the only existing organic polyamide 11 made of castor oil, follows the DIN 73378/74324 PHL regulation: it can bear standard pressure levels and sunlight.
As for technical specifications, Rilsan pipes are low-pressure tubes because, compared to the Tekaflex ones, they bear pressure up to only 300 bars. Moreover, the models installed on TLS’s products are 4×2 or 6×3 mm.
